NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR THE YEAR 2024-25
Invited bids (Tenders from Nursery Owners / Sale Agents / firms registered with Income Tax departments, having
sufficient managerial capabilities, through newly introduced E-Procurement EPADS, in line with PPRA Rules
(amended updated) in Rahim Yar Khan Forest Division, Punjab Forest Department for provision of following items

The interested contractors / firms have to be registered on Punjab PPRA website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk).
Any information / procedure regarding registration can be seen / obtained from website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pW
e-procurement).
The details of plants provision is available in "Bidding Documents" which can be downloaded from PPRA website
(www.puniab.eprocure.gov.pk) as well as from EPADS/https://eprocure.gov.pk.
Contractors may generate the (CDR) @ 5%, amount mentioned against work of the estimated cost, contractor / bidder
/ supplier has to upload scanned copy of Call Deposit (CDR) @ 5% of the estimate cost of any scheduled bank.
All the contractors participating in E-Tendering will also be bound to submit their Original CDRs @ 5% of the estimate
cost, with letter heads in the office of the undersigned on tender opening date before closing time. Otherwise, the
contractor will be declared as disqualified in the presence of Tender Opening Committee (Single stage double envelop).
After filing the bids on website, contractors may attend the office of the Divisional Forest Officer Rahim Yar Khan on
07-03-2025 at 12:00 PM, where all bids will be retrieved and quoted rates / suæessful bidder will be announced on
same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of Tender Opening Committee J Contractors.
In case of submission of any fake information / document such as CDR / receipt, the Contractor / Firm / Supplier will
be disqualified from thc tendering procedure and will be black listed to participate in any tendering process. Further
recommendation to PPHA will also be made against such firm / contractor / supplier for appropriate action / black listing.
The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to acceptance of a bid or Proposals under PPRA
Rule-35 (Rejection of bids).
All applicable govt. Taxes will be deducted as per Govt. Policy / instruction in vogue.
Note: Any application received through courier (Post or through email will not be / accepted.
